One day, I will decide if I like season 2 or not.
I see your Drake brothers au and raise you the Reyes siblings : Robbie (Ghost Rider), Jaime (Blue Beetle) and any siblings they have
I know nothing about Robbie Reyes, so I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed that he wasn’t a skeleton like the other Ghost Rider. It would’ve been really funny if he was, just in contrast with Jaime.
Though from my loose understanding of Robbie Reyes, I’d imagine the dynamic he’d have with Jaime would be something like this;
It would be interesting to hear other people’s interpretations of the Reyes brothers. I wonder which one older.
Shoto likes the Nemos.
What are their favorite ramune flavors.
Hello, I hope to only make one post like this.
I do not tolerate childish transgender infighting. We love transfems, transmascs, and whatever the other options are here. Please don’t be stupid on my blog. I don’t care.
I drew this with no air conditioning.
Did an X-Men role swap randomizer challenge, and these combos naturally spoke to me.
This swap is so freaking cool I had to draw some of it for myself. I am super interested and this is my humble ask to see more of it 😅 @timbit-robin-art
(Mostly Scott and Rogue centric cause they’re my favorites, gotta draw storm and more of gambit too!!)
Wahhh, these are so cute.
It’s still pride month? Have some Tim fits.
This one goes out to all 5 members of the Turn fandom.
Oh, these geezers.
Any more Reverse 1999 crossover stuff?
Well, my friend wrote Shoto and Mercuria having a fun dynamic with each other in their fan fiction, A Day in the Life of Identity Crisis. I wonder if J and Mercuria ever decided to join the X-Men… maybe not, since I think J loves Haight Street too much and Mercuria goes wherever she wants, but you never know.
I also really like the idea of Sentinel being a member of the French Resistance in WWII. Where I imagine Captain America and Wonder Woman to be very close to each other, I’d imagine Cap and Sentinel’s relationship to be more of a coworker dynamic. I’d like to think gargoyles can live for a very long time, which is how she can live from WWI to modern day.
I’ll have to think of my ways to mash R1999 characters together with superheroes, baha. Time travel is very prominent in comic books, so it’s fun to incorporate some of the R1999 native decades into these AUs.
I’m really glad people like the new AU. Here’s a close up of Daredevil, along with some more ideas.
So, I accidentally made a new Marvel AU.
OMG, this AU feels so compelling!! 🤩🤩🤩
Because Marvel's themes of power, responsibility, prejudice, and heroism wouldn’t just disappear in 1910—they would arguably become even sharper against the backdrop of one of the most turbulent periods in modern history.
I’m talking empires instead of global superpowers, early airplanes and tanks, trench warfare, colonialism at its height, primitive medicine, telegraphs instead of smartphones, secret societies thriving in the shadows— and a public that is much more superstitious and willing to believe in monsters, spirits, and miracles.
And the X-Men! 🥰🥰🥰
This is where things would get really interesting.
Mutants emerging during the early twentieth century would be genuinely frightening to governments.
There are no civil rights frameworks. No modern understanding of genetics.
Many people would see mutants as divine punishment, evolutionary monsters, evidence of degeneration or a military threat.
Magneto and Xavier become even more compelling because they're arguing over mutant survival in a world that is openly authoritarian.
… I didn’t expect someone to get what I was going for to this degree, baha. What an excellent analysis for this AU. It makes my history major heart very warm.
So, I accidentally made a new Marvel AU.
Hello Timbit Robin, your art is so cute! I was wondering if you mind if someone reblogs one of your pieces and uses a ship tag? What if they use the ‘&’ symbol as well as the ship tag? I'm asking because you seem to be quite relaxed about these things :)
Wahhh, thank you very much for the compliment. I’m glad you like my art.
I don’t mind what tags people use for my art. If I happen to draw your ship (even unintentionally), then tag however you like. And I’m glad that I come off as relaxed with this. I don’t want anyone to feel like they’re being hunted for sport here, bahaha.
Some more drawings I did for my friends story, A Day in the Life of an Identity Crisis. Please come check it out if you’re interested.
