a song about growing up. i wish i could say i understood lemon meringue die on my first listen. i didnt. i think i was either 15 or 16 then.

the meaning & attachment ive placed onto this album has changed over the years, but even when i listen to it now, im still transported back in a time where im eating lays potato chips on the edge of a pool that slightly tastes like chlorine, while my brothers trying to get me to engage in a 'who can hold their breath longest underwater' competition.
