The amount and severity of the whining some of you are doing about recent changes like the eyes and the raffle (which specifically says ‘Prizes may even include rare or retired items’, also take note they mentioned nothing about KS items being involved) makes me think you’re all from the wonderful generation accustomed to being handed trophies and prizes just for showing up to school.

You aren’t required to pay a dime to play this game. Constructive input is good, because the staff probably aren’t playing the game as hard as you, but the way most of you acted makes me wish you did half as much about the real world’s economy than some free browser game’s economy. But then I guess that means you’d have to leave your computer, and we all know the owtsyde worwd iz scawy and the baby boomers and patwiarchy will opwess you!! T^T

For the rest of the mature individuals who were just happy to see a game-changing update, may RNG bless you with a bounty of eggs and eliminates. Then we can weed out and block all the tantrum-prone pre-teens when they throw a fit that the price for them have crashed. :)

Honestly this is absolutely asinine and bait that I only bit because if the Sandwich Generation wants to get their panties in a twist they should at least give a decent shot at accepting the responsiblity they're so quick to shunt off onto others. Wanna complain about participation awards? Maybe you shouldn't have forced the schools to never fail your children and not threatened teachers. There's a reason why now everyone skates by at a 2.0. You have to make an actual effort to fail out, and that's not the generation in school's fault. Grow up and be a responsible person you water logged dresser.

For extra measure: nice job throwing most, if not all, of the Staff under the bus since they are self starting entrepreneurs who honed their artistic and code writing skills to make a website that is worth anyone's time or money.

Lastly, if you wanted to say teenagers, just fucking say teenagers so we're all clear who your hateboner is for.

Plague players literally rely on the cringing and disgust caused by their uggos as their only source of sustenance IRL.

Wind and Shadow players both collect gross babs as well, but just for the meme value.

Nature and Ice players have so carefully cultivated their own aesthetics that it’s literally impossible to hatch an ugly kid in their lairs.

Light players will literally die IRL if they so much as glance at any dragon that’s not some mix of golds and whites. Same also goes for any dragon wearing less than 7000 gems worth of apparel.

Working on some gijinka bases for a new Adopt Shop! I’ll work on adding different body types (Type pictured is Female:Athletic ) and males in the future, too! 

All bases include three breed features - headgear, wings, and tails. Any of them can be included (or left out, if they’re not your thing), and features can even be swapped around between breeds! 

Feel free to reblog this with one or two of your girls - I’ll need a few examples before the shop opens! ;3

idk what really qualifies here but some lesser-known stuff about the site

Forums used to have like buttons. They were removed during the great 2013 crash-and-burn when the site had a ton of downtime to help reduce load.

The coliseum used to have music. I don’t recall why it was removed. The URL that an admin PM’d me for the music in 2013 is still valid though so anyone who cares to do enough digging should be able to find the sound file.

If you’re in the AH selling things and you don’t want to constantly reload the page click the top right-hand corner of the popup box to close it and stay on your current page.

That time the admins fucked up a gem item and wouldn’t admit they fucked up until users literally crowd-sourced data (used hundreds of dollars worth of the item) and presented it on the forums. If anyone ever wonders about userbase animosity towards the admin team, it’s from shit like that.

(I don’t know if there’s a word for this but I feel like really rich dragons might hire out dragons to pull the weeds around their lair or take out a pesky tree without burning the forest down) Interpreter?
