YESSSS THIS IS SO COOL
Weaver and her wife, a centaur named Mayuri Dapplemane! They are both tailors in Podsgarden. They do tend to specialize in dragon and beastclan apparel respectively, but they collaborate often on projects. They're also both emigrants from Dragonhome, which is where the Dapplemane herd originated.
i honestly probably won't be able to do much until nearer to the end of the month but i love to pretend i will participate so much in artfight!!

Exported this video from procreate for funsies and I think it’s funny how much screen time it gives the thumbnail stage vs the stages that took waaay longer. but I think it does it based on individual strokes and I get really scribbly with those

was looking through really old stuff and i thought some of the FR art i made in 2013-14 was pretty cute!! so so wild how old these are. i don't have them saved on my current PC at all so it was good to Preserve them lol
i wonder when was the last time FR assessed whether they really need the full half hour that rollover takes. like it's chill, it's been that way for 13 years so whatever but like is it actually necessary? could it be 15 minutes? 5 minutes?

Adorable. The art is impeccable and I love to see rando npcs and hear little tidbits of their lives. Genuinely very cute. Everything looks very nice. Except!
Ingredient selection is a little annoying. I wish that they didn’t change places, I don’t find that a fun little challenge or anything, it’s just a bit annoying. And if they’re going to move then I wish that they weren’t just mushed up pictures of the ingredients and were more visually distinct. Probably if I played a lot I would memorize them but it’s hard to tell what anything is at first.
I would love if this game awarded food points instead of treasure. Even if just a little bit. I know people have concerns about THE ECONOMY about selling coli food stacks or whatever but I think it’s so funny that they introduced a cooking mechanic that doesn’t help you feed your dragons whatsoever.
Where are the sounds??? No music? No cash register ding at the end? No sizzle while you cook the batter? Nothing?? Silence??
Anyway it’s a cute game. Very old school feeling which is cute.
do you think they literally forgot to add hatchlings to the dressing room?? i imagine its a little tedious to add each one but surely they have the exact same mechanics as the ancient species (no apparel, only skins). so i dont rly understand why it take so long
