This one pretty much explains itself. Done for the Man vs. Machine show at Rochester's The Bug Jar, check it here!
The recap page for Young Avengers #2, on sale today, Wednesday, February 27.
Tumbling the Yamblr.
REBLOGGED because I worked hard on this page and put too much thought into it.
REBLOGGED because I made this thing and I'm rather proud of it.
It's a BIKE CITY! I did this for the Genessee Center for the Arts Spokes & Ink bicycle tribute show! Or something. Their big show happens on August 25th, and they'll be selling prints of 45 different entries (including this one) for a while afterward. More info here:

I'd also been wanting to do a Moebius homage since he passed away earlier this year, and this seemed like a good opportunity to do something in that vein. It isn't based on any one thing of his in particular, but I did keep The Incal next to the desk and felt I should credit him. We love you, Moebius.
It's Literature week on Omega Sketchblog, so I drew Scarlett O'Hara. Point and laugh, men!
It's Green week on Omega Sketchblog! So … I did this …
I don't know either, you guys.
Marvel is starting a new Captain Marvel book, but instead of casting some guy from another planet who looks exactly like a human, they're giving Carol "Ms. Marvel" Danvers a promotion. That's a good move. Kelly Sue DeConnick is writing the thing, and that's also a good move. I'm not lettering the book or anything, but I think the concept sounds fun and I dig the new costume.
Captain Marvel #1 hits the stands this July.
The Artists Formally Shown As Prints is happening NOW at the Bug Jar in Rochester, and this is my submission.
It's Aliens week on Omega Sketchblog, and I drew The Borg. There is very little that I enjoy drawing more than The Borg.
I requested this image from the internet via twitter and “Defenders”/”Red Skull” letterer extraordinaire-slash-cartoonist-slash-Simpsons monster fan Clayton Cowles DELIVERED.
ain't I a stinker
It's Pixar week on Omega Sketchblog! I drew Merida from Brave. I am excited for Brave.
It's Mad Men week at Omega Sketchblog! I drew Lane punching Pete.
Omega Sketchblog is BACK and the theme this week is Avengers! So I drew Loki. That's digital handlettering. I, er, should do that more.
Rufus Wainwright has a new album coming out and I'm excited for it. So here's a portrait of him that I just finished.
This is as close to self-expressive fine art as it gets for me. Enjoy!
My Omega Sketchblog compadre Joe Bowen challenged me to a Downton Abbey sketch-off, so I drew Lady Edith. He kicked things off with a pretty accurate Carson, check it out:
