Today was easier than the last 3 days! Bfast was left over chia seed pudding with berries, lunch (not pictured) was cauliflower/lentils/quinoa/sweet potato (leftovers), snack was avo toast with a matcha green tea hazlenut milk latte (SO GOOD), and dinner was spiralized zuccini, cucumber, carrot, and a tahini/lemon dressing. BOOM day four DONE! Today was resistance training, 3 sets of ten reps, did that this morning - followed the exercises in the book 😋
