There’s often a lot of judgment in the new age/ spirituality community⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s either about the foods you eat⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The way you do your meditation practice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The way you’re presenting your message⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ the fact that you’re charging for your work⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The fact that you’re not charging for your work⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ i’ve heard it all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s really funny to me when you’re sharing about the things ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ that literally help you, are also the things that people judge you for,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Often we’re afraid to let go of ‘one’ perception - one rule and instead embrace ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ creative possibilities to heal & expand. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It reminds me of how I felt when I jumped into motherhood,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s gotta be breastfeeding! no it’s gotta be bottle feeding!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You gotta be doing x,y,z no, you gotta be doing x, y, z ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The reality is just this, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ there will always be someone out there⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ who is ready to shame you, judge you, and throw opinions at you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thankfully ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I threw all that out the freakin window. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ along with the dogmatic rule book that says I need to do things ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ in ONE 'set modality’ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ and you should too⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ here’s just it, that method doesn’t work ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can either be the consumer, or you can be the LEADER of your SOUL.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And being the leader of your soul, is way more fun⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ believe me 😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Your soul always knows best⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Your body always knows best⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Your Intuition is your guiding compass⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Following your Heart, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tuning into your Internal Guidance⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ and Listening to your inner whispers⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ is the way to alignment. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All the rest is just dogmatic b.s. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ that we usually buy into to feel 'safe'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I gotta be doing x,y,z or else…i’m not spiritual enough, i’m not good enough, i’m not enough"⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ usually because we’re giving fear a voice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Shatter the Paradigm, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Be Open as a Beginner Mind of Creative Possibilities⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Listen to your Soul. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It always knows the way.
