hockeyverse!Valko and his relationship with the Leopards (especially under Caleb’s mentorship) is slowly becoming one of my faves. he’s like that stray wolf being adopted by a clan of big cats 😂

#privated the initial post with his headcanons bc i feel like i did his character a bit of disservice #he’s a very playful guy but i think things can get heated on the ice #so there’s a level of aggression in the middle of playing #and MENTOR! CALEB UGHHHH THE THOUGHTS BREWING #i gave caleb so much angst esp with his semi-broken friendship with zayne #valko being HIS rookie like i think that will do wonders for his arc #the chimes

honestly i have my gripes with infold regarding certain aspects of the game (mainly lack of updates to existing features— abyssal chaos/unicorn operations) but to straight up cancel a new love interest’s debut just ://

i think i was super excited for the story he could’ve bring and maybe im just the type to enjoy a game for what it is. if they needed more time to cook a MS update, Valko was perfect filler (protocore-related plotline if iirc)

idk im a bit disappointed about it. infold was in a lose-lose situation but i dont think cancelling valko was the move

adding Valko to hockey au now that he’s a main guy. i was thinking of waiting until there’s more information or post-debut but am also entertaining the idea that he’s a new addition to the Leopards.

like the thought of Caleb having to take Valko under his wing but they’re both different types of mad dogs is so funny

on the other hand, Valko as a non-player and someone who is more behind the scenes like Zayne is an idea im entertaining too.

tentative but i’ll go for Valko playing with Caleb for hockey au after giving it some thought (might change once his story drops)

thinking about how they will adopt lone wolf Valko and his first ‘pack’ being the Leopards with Caleb playing as alt. captain so he is teaching Valko all the ropes which becomes a circle moment for Caleb who now has a protégé like how he was for Zayne back in college

i think at some point he might be transferred to another team but for now i will relish in potential mentor!Caleb and rookie!Valko soup
