Summary:  What should be a welcome touch sends mental alarm bells ringing. He turns to see Cisco’s eyes earnestly searching his, and it’s so familiar. That’s how he knows it’s too late. 

Hartley gets stuck in a time loop and has to figure out how to change the day to save Cisco and the team.
