Tyhaevia Dawnlight

Please welcome to the Clinic roster Miss Tyhaevia Dawnlight. 

Miss Dawnlight joins us from the Shattered Sun offensive, where she served as a battle cleric. Her skill set is far from limited, however, and thus she joins the clinic team not as a cleric but as a well-needed curse and affliction consult. Ailments of the mind are her specialty here. She is knowledgeable as well as kind; her bedside manner is a practiced mix of formal and compassionate.

There is now a small metal box on the waiting room wall in the clinic. It has a little round speaker and an enticing black button. There is a note pinned above the box in Kelovas' tidy handwriting.

Patient name: N/A

Sex: Male

Admittance: 14:00

Symptoms: Patient arrived with low heart rate, clammy skin, fever and sweats. Blade wound to the shoulder, approximately 1" wide, 5" long, 3" deep. Patient later lost consciousness and began to hallucinate.

Treatment: Wound staunched, sterilized and sutured. Patient was put on IV fluids for blood loss. After hallucinations began, 25ccs general antidote (KB SK base) introduced. In approximately 10 minutes, hallucinations ended.

Admittance: 14:00

Physician: Dr. Dawnthief

Symptoms: Patient arrived with a single bullet wound to the shoulder, left deltoid damaged.

Treatment:  Bullet was removed, entry wound cleaned and patched over. Patient is to return in three days for a check-up and to ensure the wound is closing appropriately.

An exceptional number of people made themselves present for the clinic opening event tonight. Many from various houses came through and the numbers rose and fell throughout the night, but we saw a great deal of faces, some familiar and some new. 

The support for the clinic was overwhelming. Excluding future intentions of donations and figures yet to be discussed, the clinic unintentionally raised a total of thirty-four thousand gold for the cause. This will go directly back into the clinic itself to pay for supplies, equipment, space - anything and everything pertaining to the improvement of our ability to serve the people.

Though I can try to personally thank each and every person to lend their support or to donate their gold, it will never be quite enough. The best I can do is what I've set out to do; to aid the Sin'dorei as a people as best I know how.

Is this totally independant of the Thalassian Citizen’s Hospice??

(It is, though any patient with a preference for magical or otherwise alternative healing will be sent to the Thalassian Citizen’s Hospice. The Clinic works with more ‘traditional’ methods like surgeries and sutures and the Hospice has a wonderful staff of magically-inclined gals!)

(For quick and easy sacrifices, of course! And also because there really just isn't enough space anywhere else. The location has space, it has furniture suitable for our purpose and it's not in the middle of nowhere, which is nice! We may go ahead and move it if another suitable place presents itself, but at the moment we're just going to have to use our imagination because there really just are not enough open buildings that a group can work out of. The overlap of RP is already so frequent and near impossible to avoid. Complications will always arise, but we manage with what we have.)
