i know i shouldn’t cut again, i don’t want to cut again, for it is just putting bandaids on a wound that needs stitches. i know that if i cut i will feel stupid about it later, worry that i only did it for attention, and cringe at myself for restarting something i vowed to never do again. i have been “clean” for more than a year. but the urge is strong tonight. it would be so easy to take blades against my skin once more and numb the pain. so very easy. would make me numb enough to sleep

i just feel loveless and the need to build walls around myself is strong
