I had an awful dream last night. I don't remember much, but I'm pretty sure math and boss music were involved.

The last time we were in Costa del Sol, I overheard someone talking about a town on the northern continent where snowboarding is popular.

Nibelheim had snow in the winter, but the mountains were too dangerous for that kind of thing, so I've never been skiing or snowboarding.

I'd like to try it someday, though.

He's the only one to hear the chorus.

Cloud: "I gotta deal with this Eldritch motherfucker doing MATH in the background while blabbing about how he's going to kill more of my friends and nuke the entire planet and you're telling me I gotta deal with LATIN on top of that? Yeah, no thanks."

Aeris and Tifa have been arguing about the Tankceratops reboot lately.

Tifa said that showing Tankrannosaurus Rex more often undermines his effectiveness as a villain and ruins the suspense and mystery of the character.

Aeris, who saw the reboot before the original, argues that the suspense element isn't as important due to Tank-Rex being so iconic and well-known now, and that she prefers the reboot giving more screen time to Tankceratops and Tank-Rex's complex rivalry.

We're all frustrated by that cliffhanger ending, though. Definitely making time to watch Part 2 soon.

Yes, I'm late to the party. It can be hard to keep up with that stuff when you're on a quest.

I'm not interested in resolutions. I told Aeris that multiple times, but she still kept asking me to make "just one."

And she said our quest to defeat Sephiroth doesn't count.

So this year, I'm going to level up at least five times.

...She's getting mad at me now because that's something I would do anyway. But her resolution is "learn to grow a new kind of flower." I don't think she should be complaining about mine.

So it turns out at the last town we went to, Cid bought some weird tea leaves without noticing a warning label on the package saying that the smell can attract some types of monsters.

So that's why we've been getting so many random encounters.

I threw the package into a river, so we're not getting attacked as often, but now Cid won't talk to me.

It's not easy leading a party.

We might need to catch some chocobos to outrun these monsters, because this is getting ridiculous.

Aeris has been giggling when she looks at me for the past day, and refuses to tell me what's so funny.

Come to think of it, she's been acting a little strange ever since that random encounter with those-

Never mind. That part doesn't actually matter. Don't ask.

I think I realized what this is about just by writing this post, though. Forget I said anything.

He's not going to admit it himself, but you deserve to know that the incident mentioned in this post involved frogs:

We don't know why getting jabbed by a frog caused Cloud to turn into a frog himself, but isn't he adorable like that???

He changed back after the battle was over, but I managed to sneak a picture before he did. Enjoy!
