Welcome to my cozy little corner of Tumbr!

Hi! I'm Clove. My interests primarily lie in ESO and Elder Scrolls lore. I also have an interest in animals (horses and cats are my favorite!), nature, history, tea, the medical field (specifically the information and administrative side), and anything fuzzy or cozy. Fall and winter are my favorite seasons and I am not artistic.

I've been playing ESO since June 2020 on PC NA. You can find me questing, trading, harvesting resources, or working on housing projects. I love talking about my oc (my blog is mostly me talking about her) and I love hearing about other peoples' ocs.

If it's alright with y'all, I would like to briefly ramble about Evelora and Darien.

TLDR: Darien has always been protective of Evelora

(Consider this part 1 of this rambling. I have so many thoughts about this topic, but I don't want to make this post to long, lol)

So... I'm really bad at intros. Anyway, in Solstice when you meet Darien at the tavern, he has the dialogue: "I always wanted to be the hero. Make sure you were safe." Well, that line fits really well because in my headcanon, he's always been protective of her.

In my headcanon, during the Rivenspire questline and right before the group sneaks into Northpoint, they decided to rest for the night in the abandoned farmhouse. Basically, Evelora can't sleep (because she's stressed) and decides to get some fresh air. Darien, being a light sleeper, notices her leaving, follows her outside and finds her pacing and wringing her hands.

He eventually gets Lora to trust him enough for her to finally open up about everything she's been through. She starts rambling about how she was sacrificed to Molag Bal, had her soul stolen, endured unending torment, and apparently is the center of some prophecy. She's supposed to stop the Planemeld and get her soul back, but both involve her fighting a Daedric Prince and how on Nirn do you fight a Daedric Prince and if Molag Bal gets his hands on her again... .

She ends up working herself into an anxiety attack and Darien helps her through it, leading to this interaction:

Darien: "If Molag Bal comes for you again, he'll have to go through me."

Evelora: "Thanks. But I doubt even you could fight a Daedric Prince."

Anyway, they become really close after that and Darien becomes one of the first people that Evelora truly trusts (especially since this probably happens after The Prophet reveals himself as Varen Aquilarios).

finally bit the the bullet and changed an alt into the maormer idea i'd had sitting in my head for a while, immediately put her in the pirate tiddy outfit.

anyway this is Nendenai, she's King Orgnum's daughter and was created just to be a sacrifice for his own magic but she escaped Pyandonea and is just living her own life and blowing up any maormer or altmer ships that try to capture her

Is it time for more headcannons? Yes it is. With doodles to go with them.

So in my own little headcannon (which other people probably also have) when Albus (my Vestige) gets murdered/sacrificed, he loses the memories he had in life. He can recall his name and basic functions like speaking, eating, reading, writing ect… but everything else is gone. He no longer remembers anything about the world he lives in or who he was before and has to slowly regain those memories as he travels. Eventually remembering where he lived and giving his family a very big surprise.

During the Cold Harbor section, Lyris has to deal with a very confused tiny mer but he’ll get his ass in gear with some gentle encouragement.

I also use this as a sort of explanation for the way everyone has to explain the most basic things to the Vestige in world. They just don’t know these things so they ask seemingly obvious questions.
