Meanwhile in another universe, Olivia still fails at winning Bart over. But his twin brother fell in love with her for her weirdness, so she settles for him.

This wouldn't be canon for two reasons: 1. Hugo isn't even from the canon timeline and 2. Olivia's debut episode takes place in between "Brother From Another Series" and "Day of the Jackanapes". I just thought Hugo and Olivia would be cute together because they're both crazy and weird ass kids. Definitely would rather have her be with someone who actually likes her back, and for Bart not to end up with someone who stalks him.
