"Oh? Is he alright?”
A small amount of concern showed on the professor’s face despite Asher’s placid expression. Whenever a trainer told him that their companions weren’t with them, his mind always presumed the worst. It was actually quite ironic for him to jump to negative assumptions, especially when he liked to think of himself as an extremely positive person.
He simply couldn’t help it sometimes.
“What kind is he?”
He hoped that his continuous questions weren’t bothersome - he was just really curious!
◤ Oh, darn. He asked a question he couldn't possibly ask. He felt more and more nervous as he tried to think of a way out of the question, "O-Oh-- He's okay. Just... very lazy..." That was also a true statement. He could feel Loki's eyes glaring at him from the deepest corner of his mind, growling in annoyance at the rude comment. Well, it's not like it was a lie...
As calmly as possible to avoid looking suspicious, he glanced around the area, trying to look for any creature that was even similar to his canine companion. After a few seconds, he spotted a stranger with what appeared the most like a dog. It's fluffy white disheveled coat reminded him of a poodle of sorts. Could Loki even be compared to a poodle? Regardless, he was going to be compared to whatever it was right now.
"A-Ah-- There," he pointed to the canine creature, "That-- He looks a lot like that one, actually. Practically identical." Okay, that was a lie, but he was in too deep now.⊿
