Cora’s glowing grin grew wider as she shimmied her way from table to table, engaging in diverse activities her girls had put together. They all seemed to fit so well for the evening, simply laced hand in hand for an extravagant scenery. She gently tapped her glass while walking up to the podium, a dimpled smile from ear to ear graced her facial expression. “If we could just have a minute before the food and gifts, I wanted to say just how much it means to me that you are all here. I truly feel beyond lucky to know I have this incredible support system that in a matter of days could work together and create…this. I’m completely speechless. I love all of you and can say with certainty that I’m joining the right family. We’re extremely grateful for those of you that came tonight and can’t express just how much it means to know that each one of you participated in making our lifetime union an even more immense blessing. I know somewhere Jer is probably gonna tear up so…I’m gonna end with another big thank you to all of you. This is what family feels like. We’re going to start with the appetizers while gifts are being unwrapped. Hope you enjoy the night guys, love you!”

Licking his lips, he drank in her attire for the night, straight beauty, he couldn’t wait to see her walk down the aisle. “You know damn well you gon be the one to get teary eyed.” He wrapped an arm around her waist, nuzzling his head into her neck, taking in her scent. “It was a beautiful speech, baby. No doubt about it.”
