I’ve seen a few people address that Supergirl has been on DC pride covers. Other characters that aren’t confirmed LGBTQ+ are also featured on covers.

I also don’t think a tweet from DC from 2015 just putting a cover of Supergirl with other heroes is the confirmation that is needed.

She is very heavily queer-coded (and on some Earth is actually queer) but for main Earth 1 comics, she is not mentioned among the officially known LGBTQ+ characters.
