I'm On A Boat!
Last Night's Dream:
At the beach, looking out over the water. There were a few small boats in the distance. I knew I had to get to mine, but it was abandoned, somewhere off shore. I looked to the side, and a rope lead out into the water. Not far from shore, maybe several hundred feet, was my boat. It was a large gunmetal monstrosity. The rope was somehow tied to shore, the other end tied to the highest part of the boat. I knew I couldn't climb the rope up, but I looked towards the back of the boat and saw an area down by the water, and knew there would be a ladder to get up.
I was worried to go out to the boat. As I prepared to jump into the water and swim to it, I saw two very large US vessels passing it by. I thought to myself that if I go out now, they'll know I'm associated with it, and they'll take me away. I waited for them to pass, then began my journey.
I swam out, and decided that while I was swimming I should try to swim more proficiently. I tried different techniques, I made sure I was breathing as well. I noticed at one point that I was able to breath under water, but I figured I was just going so fast and my head was so close to the surface that there must be enough air churned into the water for me to do so. Something in the back of my brain told me I would still get water up my nose, but the fact that I wasn't invalidated my brain.
I got to the boat and climbed up. I realized I was supposed to meet my father. My father in the dream wasn't anything like my father in real life. In the dream he was of a completely different nationality, he was slow and methodical, and I was sure something had happened to him because he was supposed to meet me here.
