My latest stop had been in Liverpool and tbh it wasn't my favorite city. It was nice and had some good places to visit, but overall seemed to not impress me as much as the cities I visited in Wales. But now onto my next stop! And of course Happy Halloween 🎃 🐈⬛🦇

When I mentioned that Great Orme was windy, I mean birds were literally just levitating in the wind. While I was taking a video for my Instagram Story I noticed this Herring Gull fly by. Immediately stopped the video and just started taking quick shots. But when I was doing a video for my Instagram Story I noticed a bird flying in the shot. Immediately I stopped the video and started doing a bunch of quick shots which I was pretty much taking blindly as when it's that windy and misting you can't really see what you're doing.
My last stop in Wales was Llandudno. And while I thought the Pembrokeshire trail could get windy it was nothing compared to how windy it was up on Great Orme.

Despite coming from a State with several waterfalls I've only seen a few in my life, and all of them have been in Wales. Today is my last day in Wales and I already can't wait to return to it, but tomorrow it's back to England.

Because yes while I'm out and about taking photos I'm also blasting Two Steps From Hell. If you couldn't tell this day in Pembrokeshire National Park was extremely windy, like hold onto everything windy. I'm from a very landlocked state so getting views like this are absolutely breathtaking for me.

My next stop was to Cardiff. Which was also where my phone was and after a day of back and forth with Uber trying to just be able to call the driver that I had in Monmouth from my burner phone I was able to safely retrieve it. And while there are still a lot of things I wanted to do I got to do pretty much everything on my list.

My next stop took me out to Brecon Beacons National Park. And besides being more out of the way than I thought it was an extraordinary experience. Not even in the States had I been to a true National Park. And besides all of my shoes getting soaked over the 4 days I was there it was a lot of fun. I stayed in a historic hostel that had access to Pen y Fan and the park from the place itself which was an added bonus. I just wish I actually bought some groceries prior to getting up there.

My next stop took me to Monmouth, Wales. Which I wish I spent more time in. I was originally supposed to get there at 3pm, but due to traffic in England my coach didn't get to my pick up station until 3pm. I missed my 3rd leg entirely due to this along with the busses that where supposed to take me to Monmouth from Chepstow (the drop off for 3rd leg) so I had to Uber which after being up for awhile, panicking over the bus situation and being exhausted by this point I left my phone in the Uber itself. On a personal level Monmouth was extremely stressful and busy trying to get a hold of the driver (support would not be helpful until a week later.)
But this city was one I wanted to enjoy, but I just couldn't bring myself to enjoy it like I wanted to. But despite the rough weekend here I do want to come back at some point!

After spending a week in London I then went to Bath, England and spent about 5 days there. Looking back on it, I wish that I had more energy and creativity while I was there as unlike my other locations so far there aren't a whole lot of photos from there.

Its been 20 days since I hopped on a plane and came here to the UK. It's been a journey and a half. From misplacing my favorite face mask to forgetting that despite how many clothes I overpacked I still need to do laundry, to the fact that I even left my phone in an Uber then got it back Friday when I could finally reach the driver and meet up. And then there was last week which despite how beautiful the location is had no Wi-Fi and spotty service at best which you don't really see an issue with until you are faced with it. But alas I am back online with a phone and my favorite face mask. To celebrate today's photo of the day is of Rosa 'Golden Celebration' from Hyde Park Rose Gardens.

While I was in Paris this year, I went to the Jardin des Plantes which was something that I didn't do during my first trip. I enjoyed the botanical gardens and the outdoor gardens and while it was early March not a whole lot was in bloom, but the cherry trees where!
