So this is my first version of this theme. I didn’t get to play with it a lot... I just simplified and cleaned up the original code to go with Bellatrix. So feedback would be nice, especially on how colors are used, but you could just.. go into the codes and change all the colors yourself if you wanted to.... 

I also debated on making it bigger.... but that wouldve taken even more time ;;;

I’m so happy to know that you’re interested in using Kogane, but unfortunately it was made for a specific tumblr blog and will not be released. Unlike most of the tumblr theme blogs, Cmykae is more of a portfolio that happens to have a few themes you can use. 

If you like Kogane, you might be interested in Bellatrix.

I am really into fan culture, so when I started a blog that would focus mostly on fan art.... I really wanted a theme that would — above all — show me who the original poster was. 

I was also inspire by instagram, all of the instagram colors are happy but still very simple so the content stands out the most.

Ctrl+F

type in “http” in the search bar and “https” under the ‘replace’ box

hit “all”

now your theme will allow you to save

type in http:// and https:// instead!! if you type http and https it’ll just add s’s anywhere there’s http! (exp: http -> https, https -> httpss, httpss -> httpsss, etc)

do you think you'll ever make game changer free to use? I just really like it and I wanna use your Bellatrix theme with it possibly. I know you say that if its not free to use then its not user friendly, but i just thought i'd ask if it may ever be? sorry to bother and have a nice night!!!!

Hey! I’m glad you like Game Changer it was actually my favourite page to make even though it was a disaster to code. I’ve been super swamped with stuff but I’ve been trying to make it user friendly since a lot of people like it. I know that if I don’t make it user friendly I’l get 2948240239 messages about how to use it. and I’m also super forgetful so thanks for reminding me ; m ; Recently I’ve found a way to simplify the page but allow everyone to customize it to match Bellatrix.

using ur 'bellatrix' theme ! it's amazing, but is there any way to make the post backgrounds more solid? it's a bit hard to see the text in some colors. thanks !

Hi! Thanks for using Bellatrix. I’m sorry this is a problem ; m ; I like the low opacity background colors but you can’t make them easy to edit ; m ; 

To edit the background of the post

Control +F  (find)  .window 

Edit the background image with this code.  background:rgba(247,247,247, .6);

Then do one of the following. 

1. Make it more opaque 

change the .6 to any number between .7 to 1 to make it more opaque (solid)Note: If for ever reason you want it more transparent use a number 0 to .5

2. Change the color

If you want a different color find the RGB makeup  and replace the first three numbers. Tip: Don’t know what color to choose? If the blog background is dark pick a lighter color, if light do the opposite. 

If you want a solid color replace the whole rgba(247,247,247, .6) with a hex number. 

Notes:

RGBA stands for red, green, blue, alpha. Alpha defines the opacity as a number between 0 (fully transparent) and 1 (fully opaque). If you know a hex to a color, google can give you the RGB for it.

I'm in love with your theme bellatrix, and i'm trying to edit it but I find the font on the bar beside the posts to be a bit too small for my liking, i've been trying to change it in the code but it doesn't seem to make any effect, i'm not so good with codes so I was wondering if you could help me out? thanks so much! i'm loving all of your themes!! wish you a good day! :)

Hello, I’m glad you like the theme. If you’re taking about the notes and stuff try this out 

Control+Find (F): .notesThere are two of them, but you’ll know when you find the right one 

Find font-size:.6em;You can change it into pixels or keep it in em. I would suggest not going over 1em. 

If you scroll down a little there’s also .note-tags that you can play with but it should change itself accordingly once you change .notes

Hey! I would love to use the theme bellatrix for a side blog but the icons in top (the aple logo, wifi signals etc) bother me, is there any way to remove them?

Hello, thanks for wanting to use bellatrix. All the icons at the top are for aesthetic purposes. Here's how you can remove them.

1. Control+F:  class="top" which will find the top bar.2. Delete  for the apple icon3. Delete everything in 

which is a container for all the icons on the right.

Hey Im trying to use your "bella the female warrior" theme on a side blog, but instead of having a blogroll I wanted to make it a fic rec... I have very little knowledge of html and css, so I tried to figure it out myself but it doesn't seem to be working... How would you suggest I go about changing it into just a fic rec section?

Control + F “ role of blogs “ this is where all the blog rollgoodness starts 

Find 

and delete everything from {block:Following} to {/block:Following}

Add your fic recs by using this following code for each fic. 

FIC NAME ABOUT THE FIC

This code should come right after 

. I’ve bolded all the places where you can change things.

Also don’t forget to change the name of the your buttons like 

BLOGROLL

and 

blogroll

Do not change all the “Blogroll” stuff because you might be renaming some of the styling and containers. Everything that I highlighted are the words that will show up on your blog, everything else is just backend stuff 

Extra If you wanted to change the icons  I use fontawesome  which treats the icons like emojis. Just find the codes like this:  with the code of the icon you want. Be careful that you don’t accidentally delete other stuff when replacing them though.
