Done late but it is done. I don't know why I put it off. My body feels so good after I'm done. My hips are still a bit sore and tight and some of the moves hurt but I did my best. Today was definitely a day I had to talk myself into getting this done. It isn't a high intensity workout. It isn't necessarily hard. I didn't have anything else going that I was going to miss. I had absolutely ZERO reasons to NOT do my workout, yet I still had to talk myself into it. Why? Because it isn't routine. It isn't abnormal part of my day anymore. This is something on which I'm working very hard to correct. Even if I do only 10-15 minutes of my workout, I'm okay with that, as long as I get it done and keep with my routine. If my hips are bothering me too much for a normal workout, I will at least do targeted stretches to well with my routine. I did that last night and it helped a lot. I've technically missed only 2 days this week. I'll aim to make that zero next week. #mindovermatter #yoga #progressnotperfection #improvement #betterthanyesterday
