The whole context of Mariana receiving a box full of sanitary pads because the company thought he was a girl.

(His really name is Osvaldo)

It’s even funnier with the context of where El Mariana came from.

He used a female character for a game he played with his friends and named himself Mariana, so they started calling him El Mariana. But to keep the fact that he’s a man, they used a masculine “the” which is El as opposed to La for feminine.

It just caught on that he has a feminine username :))))
