The Enclave comprises six large-scale projections on suspended screens, shot on 16 mm colour #infrared #film, a discontinued stock developed by the #military as a reconnaissance tool. In the spirit of #WorldRhinoDay, I'd like to introduce you to Misinzo, a baby black #rhino from #Zimbabwe. I met him one year ago when visiting the @iantipoachingf crew in #Africa. Back then Misinzo was 3 weeks old, following mum Bambi around a beautiful national park protected by the International Anti Poaching Foundation to keep him safe from poachers. This was an incredibly rare and special moment to see him up close. These guys are an endangered species and need as much help as possible. It's beautiful to see so many people express their support for the #conservation of #lions and many other endangered animals across #Africa. And so sad that it takes the loss of a king like #Cecil to remind us. Many organisations such as @africanimpact and LionALERT work extremely hard to raise awareness by teaching #Conservation Ed at local schools in #Zambia, #SouthAfrica and #Zimbabwe, and they couldn't do it without the help of volunteers. You don't need to be a teacher, doctor or veterinarian to qualify. #Volunteering was the best thing I ever did. Help protect the #Africanlion by working alongside them in one of the most beautiful countries on earth 🐾 #savelions
