💥Smoked fish salad inspired by @sliceofpai and I’s trip to Vietnam this past December. Featured in the @globestyle @globeandmail this past weekend. I had been making mine with pomelo and trout from Ardèche that I then smoke myself, but last week switched it up for barbecued octopus and blood oranges! Super versatile and bloody delicious!!
