Tuscany is always wonderful to visit! Pisa before crowds and then the crowds came! Go early for the photo op and then hang around and people watch! Discovered this cute lemon market/restaurant! Food was ok but location was really neat! If ever in #Lucca, stop here!
Went paragliding today, good times and good company:)
Cycle to Santiago Del Teide. Nice scenery and no crazy wind but pretty steep in parts, 17% was the hardest gradient:)

Met some great guys from Wales that made the climb up the mountain much more enjoyable! It was sooo windy and the climb was pretty consistent but that meant the downhill was really fun:). Good company makes all the difference.
Tenerife has banana plantations everywhere and the plants are gorgeous:)
La Bocarie is an amazing restaurant in Tenerife, Spain! If you are ever in the area, it is a must! Food and staff are AMAZING!
Great final day in Calpe with friends and family:). LaViña is a fantastic family restaurant that I highly recommend:)

Today I road with a Belgian I met on the way back from Benidorm. Charles is 75 yrs old and gave me a run for my money climbing the hills up to #Atlea! Amazing shape! He was great to ride with and had LOTS of advice:). Super cute! This is what makes riding son much fun for me, the people you meet on the rides:)

Met with a friend, Terry, for coffee at his cycling shop in #Albir. If you ever go to Albir, look him up at #Metabike. Awesome riders, friendly group with lots of knowledge of great rides in the area!

Today on my ride I stopped and met the Mark. I was so impressed that he was cycling across France and Spain for 4 months! He was carrying a huge load, 90 lbs, up hill! AMAZING! Check him out at @Payasoenbici. Or his website Payaso En Bici.
