IMO the flat white is exactly like the way most American specialty coffee shops make cappuccinos...i.e. Stumptown, Intelligentsia, Blue Bottle etc. I had one at Two Guns in Manhattan Beach the other day.... will post a pic of that for a quick follow up post. But yeah ummm, an American cap. Just look at most of my posts and compare it to the next pic and you will see what I mean.
