Truth be told, it was kinda strange seeing you so invested in those rumors, especially since you didn’t seem to be able to see the spirits that roamed in the hallways

Still, when you came to him all nervous asking him to tell you about the 4pm Bookstacks, he couldn’t find it in him to say no

And that was the beginning of whatever relationship you two had

He wouldn’t call you a friend especially since you only hang out when everyone else left the library, but he enjoyed your company

He felt like he could be a bit more like himself around you

And it’s not like your conversations only revolved around the supernaturals, you actually became quite a chatterbox when you warmed up to him

You looked so passionate when you talked about books, or anything else you appreciated

He could listen to you ramble for hours
