"Yeah, they lost their daughter, but I lost my parents and my brother, so who gives a fuck? Just because she's a fuckin' royal she gets the better treatment? That's not fair, it's not fair at all," Cohen crossed his arms against his chest and looked away from his twin. There were many things in his life that Cohen hated about himself- his wrongdoings, his mother's death, the way his brother hated him- but there was nothing that would make him feel bad for a family who lost a daughter. "Yeah, it's fuckin' about money, because somehow, I've gotta eat and I need a place to sleep, but that doesn't fuckin' matter. God forbid I fuckin' take a loaf of bread, shit. You don't know what I've done in my life, Tucker, I'm not a fucking bad person. I stole the crown so that I could fuckin' quit doing this shit, dammit. It'd give me enough money to go far away and never look back, but fuck, I don't even have the crown anymore." He rolled his eyes at his brother, scoffed to let him know he didn't believe a word he was saying, "I didn't fuckin'- she wanted to see the lanterns, she isn't doing anything wrong. She doesn't know better, look, just- let her get away and then fuckin' let them arrest me, alright? She's already in her own fuckin' prison at home, she doesn't need'a be in a real one. And for the record," Cohen tossed the core of his apple into the bin and shook his head, "I haven't fucked her yet, nor am I planning on it. She doesn't even know what sex is, so fuck off."
"I am strong enough," Cohen whipped around and glared at his twin, his fists clenching at his sides. He may not be an alpha, but his senses were faster than those of a normal Beta, the pros of being a hybrid, really. "Fuckin' beat me then, Tucker. Quit talking circles around it and just do it, then. If you're such a big bad alpha, do it. Since when did you become a big, tough guy? Your sweet little omega would be ashamed to call you his, especially after going a poor, innocent, weak beta, huh?" At this point, Cohen was just talking circles, attempting to get the alpha away from him long enough to give Cohen a chance to escape. "Would you stop comparing me to dad? You know nothing about me anymore, Tucker. You left, you know, you were off doing all this shit, and I was- I was left alone, so I did what I had to do to survive. So I've stolen a few things, broken into places, not the fuckin' end of the world. At least I didn't rape an omega." Nearly raped a girl, though, but- that's another topic. "She does know what I've done, thanks. She's- she's not like every other fucking human on the face of this godforsaken planet. She gave me a chance and she's different. Don't come near her, and we'll be gone in a few days time. I'm not- I'm not going to fuck her, I'm taking her to see the lanterns and then returning her home. That's it. End of story." At Tucker's immediate defensive over Oak, Cohen let a smirk come across his face, "Why the fuck would I wanna fuck your little bitch anyways? He's got your fuckin'- he's probably a dirty whore anyways, a little omega living in a castle with a bunch of alphas? He's probably playing innocent to play you into a trap. Fuck you over and then have you killed for treason." So maybe that was going a bit far, but who fuckin' cares at this point, really?
"I didn't kill momma, she died in labor, would you fuck off about it?" Truly, though, if Cohen hadn't been there, their mother would've lived and that was something he knew. It really was his fault that their mother wasn't alive, but he'd never give Tucker the satisfaction of knowing that. "My selfish- fuck off Tucker, if you'd given me a helping hand all those years ago, maybe I wouldn't be in this fuckin' position. Besides, we both know that you're too fuckin' innocent to get killed. No one would believe it. Anyways, I told you, after I get the crown back, I'm done. Fuck." Just as he was about to leave, Tucker's comment caught his attention, "Maybe I just fuckin' love her, asshole. Maybe she sees the good in me for one fuckin' moment. Share her- you want me to fuckin'- you fucking bastard." It was in that moment that Cohen lunged forward towards his brother, causing them both to crash to the floor in a fit of punches and kicks, "Don't fucking lay a hand on her, fuckface. Don't even think about it." Just as Cohen was about to nail a punch right to his twin's left eye, the kitchen door pushed open and the strong smell of omega hit his nose. Cohen sat back on his heels and grinned up at the blonde, "So this is the little prince, huh?" Oak stood in the corner, nervously shifting from foot to foot, his hands yanking down the hem of his shirt, "Oakley, right? I'm Cohen, I've heard so much about you." The prince whimpered on the other side of the room, only moving when he noticed Tucker on the floor and acted to pull him up. The omega wrapped his arms around his alpha's waist, "Like I said, Tucker, I'll be gone in a few days. Then you'll never have to see me again."
