i'm using the 138.0 from tuesday as my sw for this plan bc of all the water weight i would have lost from my 800 cal day. the gain of water weight from yesterday is killinggggg me. i don't think it's going to help that i overate today, but i've just got to assure myself that i'm still well on track to lose 2lb this week. i know i'm going to need to just be patient, but i really hope i see a loss on the scale on sunday. keeping my fingers crossed i guess.

I've worked out a new plan so that I can lose those 15-20lb before mid nov!!!! i wanna post updates as i go so that i actually stick to it. i'll tag all accountability posts with the same tag as this one.

plan:

2lb loss per week at least. meaning a weekly deficit of 7000 cal.

weigh daily.

burn at least 2000 cal a day.

eat an average 1000 cal a day over the week.

my recipe for success:

stay away from low res (<600 cal).

one day a week, aim to do extra exercise so that i can have an extra treat

save higher cal days for when im busy with uni, or can anticipate stress
