Kaon rapped on the door to Tarn's office, a handful of reports in his arms. Electricity humming softly in contentment over his coils, the chairmech placed them down on the desk, then stretched out his joints. It was good to take a moment to regroup. It would soon be time to plug himself back in, to dive into data, and that would be wondrous. First things first, however, energon needed to be consumed and he needed to make himself ready. Tarn wouldn't mind if he paused here, just for a moment...
Brian had been reclining in his bed, in his little makeshift ‘room’ on the far right side of the top shelf of a bookshelf. After his surgery from his accident in the training room he hadn’t really done much of anything sans sleep, eat, and sleep some more. The occasional call now and again. He would instantly recognized Kaon as he entered. He didn’t know this Kaon, but he had met his counterpart once a long time ago. A wave of nostalgia and familiarity hit him, and while he knew this Kaon wasn’t the same … he missed the friendship he had before … “Hmm … maybe …” he would silently word too him self. He would sit up in his bed, fabric and sheets rustling slightly, as he sat up begin to softly vocalize a song, a Cybertronian lullaby, that Tarn had once taught him. Maybe this Kaon would know the song as well?

A fond smile. “Yes, she always does her best and it unfailingly is always more than good enough.” Using Brian’s assistance, he helped the organic tuck himself into his bedding, as he would have done for the pups he had on occasion taken in. “It is good to be comfortable when one isn’t at their best.” Being unwell from time to time himself had taught him that well. “I believe that would be beneficial, yes,” the blind mech nodded in appreciation of Brian’s idea. “I would like to put an image to you in my processor, as I have for Tarn and the others. It makes communication a bit more enjoyable.”
“Alrighty let’s see here …” He would move to open a screen to his subspace and look through his list of items, eventually moving to pull out some VR Tech. Grabbing a set of goggles and headphones he would move to place them over his head, but would stop when he remembered he’d need to prepare somehting for Kaon as well.
Luckly in the past he had done this a few times so had the tech needed. He would access a cybertronian USB drive that had been adapted to work with his VR Technology, wich had a port installed so a bot could ‘plug into it.
“Here you go, just go on and plug yourself into this.” he would state moving to set it on the mechs hand as it rested ontop of his blanket. “It’s like a bluetooth, connected to my VR Tech, So you’ll be able to plug in. You can go ahead and sit down or lay down on the ground if you want to relax while I set it up.”
Kaon sat down cross-legged, happy on the floor through all his playing with the Pet, and began to plug himself in...
“Let me know before you begin anything, I like to be aware of what is going on before it starts.” Plugging himself in to the ship and falling into the data waiting there was one thing; being forced to witness sounds and noise going through his helm and processor was another... He closed his optic shutters, and waited patiently.
