'I'll see you soon mom'
As Mila was dragged to the toilet she was still having the flash backs. She remembered the day she met cole. It was a beautiful sunny day and she was painting the campus when a sweaty boy ran past. She remembered the time they played guitar together, and when she slept in his dorm to help prevent her nightmares. She remembered all of it.
She felt Cole open her jaw and knew that she was being selfish. Her mother was forced to die. Mila still had a choice. She was lucky to still have her life and shouldn’t take it for granted. All these emotions overwhelmed her. She couldn’t leave Cole behind that would destroy her if there was an afterlife.
With all the power she had left in her she attempted to wake up and vomit in the toilet. After a few times of trying she eventually was sick and threw the tablets back up and felt worse than she did before. The shock of being sick made her come around more. ‘C-cole’ she coughed. She was still fragile but the adrenalin was rushing through her. ‘i’m’ She splutters and beings to cry ‘i’m s-sorry, h-help me’
She could feel her insides burning and her throat ached. This was her wake-up call and she was back to reality.
Cole said as a silent prayer as she threw the pills up, a sigh of relief, as he sat her down on the cold tiled floor. He looked around the bathroom but didn't find anything he could use, taking off his hoodie and shirt, he replaced his hoodie back onto his body as he ripped his black shirt in half. Grabbing at Mila's hands he tied them around her arm and wrist, ripping more and more material to stop the blood.
Finally after a few rips and ties, he bent down to pick Mila up bridal style. "Come on." He grunted, bouncing her a bit in his arms to get a better grip before running out of the bathroom. Shouting at people to get out of the way as he ran down the stairs and through the court yard to the clinic. He didn't know where else to take her but there. "Mila?" He asked looking down at her, "Talk to me babe."
