This one had been sitting unfinished since 2019!

MogHughson’s Job Board in Simlish

The original textures said “Jobs on Offer” in English and Greek Letter Simlish, so I decided to spiff them up a bit. Four new textures; 2 using the original blue background, and 2 corkboards, both with new Simlish text that reads “Jobs On Offer” or “Help Wanted”. The little cards collided with the frame in some spots, so I moved them around a bit. I also made a black recolor for the frame.

Since I only use Simlish in my game, I made an edited version of the mesh that uses my new Simlish recolors. I also made a new texture for the blue frame, because the original looked pixely and had some weird blurry spots. It originally sorted in Deco/Misc, but now sorts in General/Misc. This version has 2 corkboard recolors + the black frame.

I have also included an edited version that is re-sorted and has the new blue frame, but keeps the original English textures. This version has all 4 recolors + the black frame. Both versions are included, be sure to choose only one, as they will conflict!

I have also renamed the mesh file. If you have the original (jobs-noticeboard-Mog-20081011.package) in your game, be sure to delete it before using my edited version.

Single-Level Mediterranean Home | Sims 2 Lot Download

Look at this cute little garden area in the front yard! So many pretty flowers to smell... Aren’t you feeling more relaxed already? The purple Lupin flowers are default replacements that I picked up here. If you do not have this default replacement then your Lupins will be blue.

I’ve run this home through the Lot Compressor and the Lot Cleaner so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I also added a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 😄

Sunshine: A Tiny Modern Home | Sims 2 Lot Download

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is perfect for your sims who are just starting out on their own. This tiny home comes fully furnished and is almost $75K, so it doesn’t fit the traditional definition of a starter, but you could always use the ‘familyfunds’ cheat. 😄

I originally built this lot back in 2007 or 2008 as I was first experimenting with modern architecture. The original was just a couple of boring boxes stacked on top of each other, but I spent a few minutes today giving the exterior some more “style”. It’s not especially minimalist inside (I kept what I had done on the inside from 13-14 years ago), but you’re welcome to redecorate.

Another reason this home is known as the sunshine house is because it has solar panels! These should save your sim a little bit of money each month.

I have been playing The Sims 2 off and on since probably… 2006? And I just today learned that townies’ memories are wiped when they move in and become playable… something I find to be a bit annoying. Huh.

I discovered this because Elise Saunders, Matt Baxter’s bartender and former side lover, has recently become a playable. She is angry with Matt and the woman he woohooed with, but has no memories of the events. :/ It’s not a *big* deal, but the lack of continuity irks me a bit.

3t2 foosball tables made functional I made these two meshes converted by @veranka-downloads into functional objects, based on the Hotshot Foosball table by @jacky93sims. Grab the invisible pinball machine from her upload to have Sims playing on both sides of the table! DOWNLOAD (SFS) All original recolors are bundled with the meshes. I re-used Veranka's GUIDs, so you can't have both versions at the same time. I also lowered the price from a whopping §6000+ to a more reasonable §800 in line with Maxi's entertainment items.

Nanashi's Vertical Wall Signs on the Ikea Slatthult Sticker

From Nanashi’s Town Hall Set. I have this default for the Slatthult sticker in my game, these might be narrow enough to work without it but I didn't test that. Comes in the 31 textures shown, these look great in businesses. There's 3 versions of the tow truck sign that look the same at first glance but the text is different

2016 BG Shower Curtain Recolours

This is not a new upload. god they're actually so so old.

These are shower curtains I made when I was but a wee child (this is a joke. sort of. They're at least 10 years old.) I am almost 100% sure that they were only available on GOS, though I might be wrong (maybe they were available on my old tumblr before it got nuked? I don't know.) and they're likely one of the most downloaded things I have on sfs.

So reasonably, I'm uploading them here now. I have a few other things I think are even fucking older than these that were only posted there, but I genuinely don't think anyone needs or wants them? (they are... dated. like "made them when I was 16" dated. like, "visual kei band makeup and portal wall drawings" dated.) But I suppose I could theoretically upload them here too in the coming week or so. xP

Anyway, it's just a set of base game shower curtain recolours. shown in the preview on the vanilla shower, as well as the backless version from MTS.

CTNutmegger's 1x2 tablecloth with sheer dot lace textures in 18 Curious B's 'any colour you like' colours! This is one of those useful meshes for repository (Hokadk47 made quite a few addons), so it's good to have options. There's a swatch and CTN's 1x2 mesh in the RAR. Simple as that!

CTNutmegger's 1x2 tablecloth with sheer rose pattern textures in 4 colours! It's got a little hem detail at the bottom of the texture, but I've found it's not very visible on every mesh; it looks pretty good on curtain addons, though. Shown on Hokadk47's 1x1 addon. There's a swatch and CTN's 1x2 mesh in the RAR ^^

Fix! CTNutmegger’s colonial fireplace no longer overwrites the bg Gentrific one. I updated the slots and added a few more so you can place lamps and heavier objects on the mantel. Please follow CTN’s or Numenor’s directions to install Scriptorium fireplaces.
