my job: i know it's a stupid thing to be thankful for but after my dancing career ending was shorter than it should've i'm thankful that i don't have to work a 9-5 job. i love being out on the road, i love traveling (even though flying makes me anxious) and being apart of something as life changing as music is really amazing
my friends: i don't have very many good friends but the few that i have keep me grounded. they listen to me complain and whine and they are there to have a glass of wine with me when i'm having a bad day and are there to make me laugh. i don't know what i would do or who i would be without them.
my parents: my mom and dad mean so much to me. they may not be my real mom and dad but they might as well be. they dropped everything to adopt me into their family and took me with open arms. i don't have to be afraid of anything because of them, i can show up at their doorstep and they wont ask questions.
pete: i know i've only been with pete for a month or a little less but he is really starting to be an important person in my life. he has shown so much kindness to me, he cares so much about me. i haven't been with a man in a really long time and i'm glad pete's the one who is starting to break down those walls and make me vulnerable.
my dog: this is even more lame but my dog is like my best friend. whenever i'm sick (like right now) he curls up on my stomach and keeps me warm and i can talk to him whenever i'm sad. he makes coming home so worth it.
