"I didn't think I was being technical, I just don't think I've ever seen someone with a bloody talk walkin' around a hospital." He didn't ask why she was there. he knew better than to ask questions he didn't think he wanted to know the answer to. "Lead the way, if you're so clever."
"Boy, you’re all turned around." She gave a little laugh, grabbing a hold of the oxygen tank and IV. "Come on, I’ll show you."
"Everything looks the same around here. White walls, white lights." He couldn't be blamed, surely. He motioned to her effects. "Aren't people in these things supposed to stay... in bed?"
Jamie sat down on a nearby seat as Sebastian took the paper from her. She smirked slightly, true she did like the quietness of just her and Seb but maybe she needed to return.
"London is too quiet and now he’s returned, I have an excuse"
"Could make it an excuse to lie low. I wouldn't tell anyone."
A cigarette found its way to his lips, it's wasn't quite comfort, but it was cathartic in some stupid way. He wasn't overeager to start the game up again, but you couldn't really talk sense to the woman most days. She made sense, but she certainly didn't listen to anyone else's, it seemed.

Jamie looked up from her painting after finishing a small detail. She put her paintbrush down before walking over to a table. She smirked slightly as she picked up the morning newspaper.
"Apparently Sherlock Holmes thinks I’m dead. I think I should change that. Don’t you?"
He didn't really need to take the paper, but he did, rustling it a bit as he thumbed through the pages. It wasn't like he didn't know exactly what he was meant to look at, anyway.
"I think that depends on how much you think I like being half-retired, actually. It's kind of nice, you doing the-the art thing, and not risking life and..well, sometimes limb."

Jamie shouted, not taking her eye off her painting. If she took her eye off her painting, she would lose her focus.
The fact that this woman could shout for him and not lose her concentration was something that he occasionally admired - but not more than it frustrated him.
"Need a new set of paints, boss? Or do you just need a second opinion?"

"Would you kindly shut the fuck up for two seconds?” John all but growled as he pushed away from his desk, stalking over to his bed and pressing a kiss to Moran’s lips. "Here, have my coffee, you grumpy arse. I’ll go get more.”
He grips the mug with relish, a smile crossing his face, remaining quiet on the subject just for a beat, that smile growing smug. "Two cups of coffee in the morning? I don't think you can handle me with that much energy, Johnny."
