Today was my second workout of my 60 workout health challenge.
Tonight's Workout: 1. Pushups 4 x 20 reps
2. Tricep Ext. 4 x 10 reps
3. Dips 4 x 10 reps (on chair)
4. Shoulder Complex -shoulder raise lateral -shoulder raise front -back bent shoulder raise 5. Med Ball Push-up 4 x 10 reps 6. Chest Hammer Curls -like a hammer curl but across the front of the body, works inner chest and biceps.
