He's mildly glad that she-er...he. had had such an outburst. Leaving thoughts of Nike behind...
"Well It's not like anyone else would know that you're actually supposed to be, well, like me! And you've got spunk in you the equivalent of a whole clique of teenage girls at school! Juuuuust sayin'-." His voice tapered off into a devilish smile~
"Oh man, Princess, you're preaching to the choir here! Ikki gets nothing done without our help! Same old, same old I guess... "My Ikki...I guess you could say, has been lazing around all day 24/7. It takes all of me and the rest of the team to get him to do anything other than AT. It's like trying to take food from Buccha!"

The images of the day he had awakened his flame road flashed before his eyes, recalling the sheer power that Benkei had shown. The display had left him shock and awe--and terrified beyond belief. It had indeed been a fearsome sight to behold.
But if it hadn't been for her...would he have discovered the flame road? Found his place in the team? Became the person he is now?
He owed a lot more to her than she knew.
He snapped himself out of his reverie, though still had a faint smile on his lips.
"You should pay him a visit sometimes! He may not admit it to me, but Spit says that he still thinks about you guys' team from time to time."
