Donald Duck Goes To Group Therapy For His Debilitating Executive Dysfunction And It’s Just Played Completely Straight For Like Four Pages Like What
My reaction to Jason Funderburker
The thought of this made me laugh so I drew it. I’ll try to get this on a T’shirt in the future.
My VP!!!!!! Lindsey!!!!!!!!
i think theres something you lose when you develop practical skill at art where you just cannot draw like really good bad drawings. like its forced, your learned grasp on anatomy and line doesnt go away. youre too caught in it, it controls ever line you make, you cant fully force yourself to discard it. even trying your hardest you cant accomplish that earlier state, you can only badly mimic it
and like im not saying “ungnghfhjjhhdh im so good i cant even draw badly if i wanted to!!” because that is like the opposite of what i mean, i mean like no matter how much i do, how much i grow and accomplish, nothing i will EVER make will even begin to compare to the raw feeling captured in this image
This was the first thing I made for the Comics Creators‘ Association (my club!!1!)for this semester’s zine so maybe I’ll use it as an excuse to actually post my own content on here. I was a very curious child.
Oh hey if there’s anyone who’s a member/ a previous member who wants to have their work on our blog, feel free to send us a link to where you post your comics and art or even a particular piece! We also take submissions or can post links to the websites where you post your comics, if you like!
Reblogging as a reminder!
