The whole premise of buddie as a ship is simply surreal. What do you mean they introduced Eddie shirtless while Buck turned around in slow-motion to the tune of Whatta-Man. What do you mean they went from (one-sided) enemies to lovers in the span of two days. What do you mean that Buck became a stepdad to Eddie's son in the span of two weeks. What do you mean that this was all unintentional. It simply does not compute.

The meat is hanging but will not dry.

buck who dropped out of the seals bc his heart was too big and squishy.... eddie who was a combat medic.... both of them finding their home in a job where they get to help people every day.... meeting each other and almost immediately becoming one another's support system and quietly taking care of each other for years.... loving their son and clawing themselves from the brink of death for him..... treating every child they help as if the kid is their own..... im gonna throw up they're both just made of love and care.
