Do Manolo and Lewis ever visit Halloween Town?

No, but Jack has at least talked about Halloween Town with them.

And until Jack takes them there, Lewis, Manolo, and the other guys probably think Jack is delusional.

Has Lewis ever shown Manolo, Jack, and Brook his ability to control and manipulate fire? If so, how would they react since he's the only skeleton that has powers among them?

Well, that’s not entirely true….

If you count his video game appearances (like I do), Jack is able to create and manipulate fire as well.

I bet for Lewis, having the ability to be understood despite being jawless must be pretty jawsome.

So, yeah. I think maybe it has something to do with Lewis’s form being an illusion or light,but with mass or something like that. A ghost’s appearance doesn’t seem to affect their ability to communicate all that much.

Next up is Manny!

I have recruited my friend @doodlechill to help with the color palettes for some of the designs thus far (you have her to thank for why Manolo’s heart is a greenish teal). And then we started talking about possible color palettes.It was a toss up between blue and yellow for the main body, but I think blue looks better on him.

Since I didn’t want to create another orangish-yellow looking heart on a design, Manny’s heart is based off the golden colors of the Double-N tickets in Grim Fandango. As for the shade of blue I went with……. :3c

Yo Ho Ho Ho Ho!

Brook is up next in the lineup! (and with that, the results from the voting-thing I posted 2 days ago).

Not too much to say here. Although, trying to decide on what color I want to make for Brook’s heart was a bit tricky. Much like Manny, Brook’s heart is a reference to something from the show, although it’s far more tied to one of Brook’s abilities.

I mentioned this before in an ask I answered recently, but I’ll go ahead and say it again here. Each of the redesigns are bobbing to a different beat. When all the designs are done, I’ll say which songs each bonehead is bobbing (if you guys want me to say it that is). With that being said, it should be pretty obvious which song Brook is bobbing his head to. XD

Finally got some time to finish Daniel’s design!

Anyways, this one was kind of tricky for a number of reasons. The biggest obstacle was the color palette. I kind of intended for Daniel to be green from the start - that way I could use red for his heart. However, it was pretty tough trying to avoid making him the same shade of green as the entity that tried to possess Arthur. I think I not only found a palette that’s different enough from the green that’s used in the MSA music videos, but also references parts of the game, too!

The 2nd biggest obstacle was the music. Oh, the music. So many wonderful songs to pick from, but I don’t think I still quite stuck to a song that I like. As much as I like the music for the MedEVIL games, I kind of like parts of a song more than the song in its entirety. So for this one, I’ll give you a hint: Daniel bobs to a specific part of a specific song in the MedEVIL soundtrack. I’d recommend looking more towards the later additions to the franchise.

Anyways, we got one more redesign of the main group before moving on to the honorary members!

The Pumpkin King finally gets his turn!

Pretty straightforward in terms of colors. Had to go with the ol’ orange and black color scheme. I don’t really have an exact reason for why I chose purple; other than I wanted a more darker-colored heart for Jack, and -strangely enough- purple is a color I think of when I think of Halloween color schemes. Not to mention purple tends to be a color associated with royalty, so there’s that, too.

As far as animation goes, I think Jack over here is about as elaborate, if not more elaborate, than the animation I did for Lewis. Lots of moving parts on this guy.

And before anyone says anything, yes. Jack is bobbing to the song you’re all probably thinking of right now. XD Another obvious song choice, but whatever. (however, again I must ask for you to wait till all designs are finished before you start guessing the music.)

Well, that takes care of all the official members of the boneheads! All that’s left now is our two honorary members! Stay turned! :V

what was supposed to be a series of doodles morphed into a comic- based on an ask I got awhile ago (although at this point, I don’t remember exact words, or who sent the message).

I would have liked to touch upon stuff like this after I did the whole “How did the Skelebros meet the boneheads” comic, but I didn’t want to stop working on this after I started drawing it down. So, consider this a comic that takes place after the events of a comic that hasn’t come out yet 8D;. (something tells me one of my next pages for my blog, is one that shows the comics in some kind of chronological order >>; 

Like I said, I don’t remember exact words for the message, but I think it was something along the lines of whether or not Sans and Papyrus would be freaked out of one of the boneheads suddenly removed their head, only to see they were completely fine. I don’t remember what my answer was at the time (wow there’s actually a lot I don’t remember from this ), but my conclusion while making this was, yeah they probably would be. Considering the only time we see Papyrus’s head detached from his body is when he’s killed, I get this sense that maybe that’s just something Papyrus and Sans can’t do. Not unless they want that specific body part to turn to dust.
