He is a ARC Commander;

Usually goes with other companies as the Torrent has Rex, Ahsoka and Anakin are with them;
A few months older than Cody;
Put Rex on babysitting duty on Anakin and forgot to take him out of it, not that Anakin minded;
(the actual reason for him “forgetting” of taking Rex out of the babysitting duty was because he made fun of his haircut (that was different at the time because of a dare of a fallen batchmate) and because his batch lost a prank war to Cody, Cody’s batch, Rex and Keeli)
