Around the end of rainy season, we had a couple of cooler (but still very humid) days. I jumped on the occasion to wear lolita before it would get too hot to do so. I had a nice time in a local Showa era café with a friend I hadn’t seen in a while.💙 I feel this hairdo makes my face look so round, haha (oh well, it fits with the modern meets old school lolita look of the outfit). If you can’t find your doctrine in the Bible, it shouldn’t be doctrine. 

That’s why so many Christians get tripped up. Perhaps they simply misunderstand a bit of terminology that everyone’s used to using. Going off of terminology instead of what you read in the Scripture is a really good way to get confused. 

Instead, we must be reading the Bible for ourselves. If we read with the attitude, “God, open my eyes and show me your truth,” then the Holy Spirit will be able to clear us of error. 

But if we never open our Bibles, how will we really know that we’re wrong?
