I was seeing some of my posts of how uncomfortable I felt with myself. And while that is still completely true I also came to realize it was because of the way I was presenting myself. I still don’t dress the way I want too but I have found styles that better suit me. So while I still have trouble looking at myself naked I can tolerate myself enough to take more than one picture of myself a week. Honestly it might sound shallow but the type of glasses you wear go a long way.
Apparently I’ve had this account for 13 years. Amazing.
Life has been life. At first I was living and existing without much fear. Now I feel lost but yet still on a path. I think it’s time for me to get off what feels like a treadmill and just wander again. Without fear, without judgement. Clear my mind, become creative again, be a kid. No drugs no alcohol.

You’ve come a lot farther than you often think. You’re doing so great! :))
My favourite photo I’ve ever taken.
no trauma is ‘too minor’ to have an impact on your mental health. how you feel right now should be recognised
