The way Moominvalley deals with love and relationships is so beautifully done. The character arc of Moomintroll is phenomenal. It’s so different from the beloved 90’s cartoon but also has the same charm and wit. I’ve never seen a reboot done so nicely.

NOT AT ALL TO DERAIL THIS but i found a full video of this sweetheart dance competition (it’s from an EARLY 2020 pow wow, like pre lockdown early) and here’s the thing: this dance is beautiful, extremely so, but this is from the end of the competition because they toed with another couple and had to go out one at a time and do a tiebreaker round. The other couple they tied with was two men, and those two men *won* the tie! full video below!
