I was talking about Fiona and I just---
her relationship with Rhys is so important and vital to how she grows and develops not only as like a person but in general and how her views change in the world but their relationship is really slept on by people. And kind of made as a oh partners by circumstance, or they just bully and dislike each other. When it is so much more than that. Fiona genuinely cares so much about Rhys and how he is, her concern about Jack in his head, some of the risks that she can take to save him or ensure he is okay and their conversations in those quiet moments of the game where they genuinely bond or find things out about one another are so. important. I can not. stress enough how important he is to her, and while she won’t outwardly say it, Rhys means a lot to Fiona. He has helped her a lot, he was with her while she became a vault hunter, but. during a time where she lost someone she considered family and while she struggled with not only her identity but what she wanted. And he helped maybe not knowingly but he did. She genuinely misses him in my verse of anything after the last episode, and in the third game she worries about him a lot while she is undercover because she has to just fall off the the grid. She cares, and it literally kills me that people just kind of sum up their relationship as like a joke, or a meme. And granted yeah some of it is, but god damn he is so important to her. And you know what, so is fucking Vaughn. Maybe not as much but he still is so important to her, especially after the game because i somewhat see him and fiona still staying in touch and being friends. I really need to make a meta about her relationship with them both but man, I am really just a thought machine about them right now.
