Writing his character write up and the self indulgent shit that will not be posted have been as healing as it was to write for Jimmy! This is approved by my therapist as it allows me to address my trauma and stop my eternal self loathing over things that happened to me without my consent.
That being said, I don't think you need to experience and live through trauma in order to love bad characters! It's fine to love a shitty character no matter your background, they're not real and you're not a bad person for enjoying them 🩷!!

He’s just as affectionate as Sun, he just has a harder time accurately expressing his desire for it. He takes his sweet time opening up to you and about his needs.
He’s not as overt and lavish as Sun, his affection is more lowkey -- holding hands, long looks, brushing your cheek, etc

He would be loyal and reliable, he’s not too close to anyone at the Plex so the fact you decided to be his friend makes him wanna keep you close (even if he’s a hesitant to believe you when you say you’re not going to find him too hard to be around)
You’re a parent, sibling, or worker! He’s harder to get in total contact with during the day, but he’ll whisper to you as he watches over the daycare’s sleeping kids. Just keep up with talking with him and you will become close!

Easier to anger than Sun, but even then it takes a while for him to be aggressive with his anger. He’s more likely to push you away (figuratively) and give you the cold shoulder rather than raise his voice or be physical.

I saved this for last when I was going through this alphabet cause I’m not entirely sure. I think he considers all moments where you reassure him of his place in your life as his favorite. But maybe the first time you fall asleep with him, one of the soft blankets draped over you two and his arm over you

He’s very protective. He wants to make sure you’re safe and secure and not being hurt! Sometimes that does mean that he feels as if he has to protect you from him, just assure him that he’s your beloved Moon (which is how you can protect him from himself.)

I think he’d put a lot of effort into everything. He wants to make sure you know he likes (loves) you and your presence. He never wants you to doubt that, even when he’s doubting his own ability to love you like you deserve.

Genuinely affectionate? Not very, honestly! At least not physically, I think he’d rather be verbally affectionate. Not in a cutesy words and cheesy pet names (he does those only when he’s trying to sweeten a deal) way, rather in a Are you getting enough sleep? Have you drank water yet today? way. This isn’t, of course, to imply he loves you any less, it’s just not in his nature to be soft and squishy.
He is able to fake affection easily, but he finds himself increasingly disinterested in leading you on and making promises that he can’t carry on forever.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
Depends… Is it a mutual friendship or purely beneficial? I won’t beat around the bush haha, I spent several minutes wondering how William would become friends with you and I cannot think of a single thing…
Regardless, mutual friendship: He would push you to achieve things that you feel are outside of your capabilities. He would provide compliments, real, genuine compliments. He would do check ins, albeit not as often as he feels he should.
Purely beneficial: Smiles (that don’t reach his eyes) abound! He’s great at faking friendship, it’s low stakes for him.

I think he feels as if he should settle down, but he’s unsure if that’s what he absolutely 100% wants! Just work with him on this, he needs to know that you’re not just wanting to settle down with him for money or the idea of a good life.
As for cooking, he’s amazing. He loves cooking, especially if it's for you. Seeing you enjoy something he personally made boosts his ego and fills him with pride.

I believe he’d either be very blunt and detached or he’d be very careful and understanding, there is no inbetween. I think it depends on the reasoning. Physically he’s very gentle, emotionally it takes a little getting used to.

He enjoys them well enough. He’ll never refuse a hug and he’ll initiate them on a regular, normal basis.

Does NOT get jealous easily; he is self assured and knows you’d never try to be with anyone else. He may linger around if someone is constantly bothering you, giving them a tight smile with dead eyes that let the other person know that you’re his.

Soft and gentle, unless he’s pent up and then it’s rough and bordering on desperate. He loves to cup your cheeks and kiss your lips, leaving you flustered and breathless.
He loves to be kissed on his cheek or the corner of his lips. It feels more romantic to him to be kissed like that than a direct kiss on the lips.

I think he’s likely to smoke, albeit not all the time. He takes his health seriously, but some days… He just needs a good smoke. I’d say maybe once every two weeks in general.

He looks good and he knows it. He isn’t concerned about looking good, he has the confidence to know he’s a handsome man. He takes care of his skin, beard, and hair, makes sure his clothing fits the way it should, etc

I don’t think so! I think he’s confident and full of himself enough to not feel incomplete if you’re away. That being said, he doesn’t enjoy being away from you. His mind will always find its way back to you.
