mornings with your caregiver. feeling the mixed warmth of them and your blankets when you wake up, the sun shining on the two of you and the sounds of your caregiver stirring. their eyes finally opening and focusing on you, their little baby, and a tired smile grows as they scoot closer and closer.

mumbling a "good morning" and pressing a kiss to your forehead. they ask if you slept well, had any dreams of magical lands or wild animals or maybe a cartoon you watched the night before. the next question makes you cling to them, whining for more minutes staying like this.

but as your caregiver, they ease you into the routine of getting ready; brushing and styling your hair, picking out your clothes and letting you pick out theirs. watching with love in their eyes when you put together one that matches yours. and finally its breakfast time: a sippy cup next to a mug, a divided plate next to a full one, fork and spoon with your favorite character on them next to plain silver ones.

Thinking about Bubba! Rip who claims he has no investment in his tinys favorite cartoons, but he remembers Wibbly Pig and other cartoon characters names and can identify a few shows by the simple names his tiny calls them when small. (Wibbly show or blue paw puppy show.)

Yes!!! like he doesn't fully get it but he's gonna remember enough to connect with you and converse with his tiny's babbles while regressed. If you tell him one of the characters reminds you of him, he's gonna be a little more invested.

Hii, penny for your thoughts on cg! Rip Wheeler? I recently started watching Yellowstone and he's so papa or bubba shaped!

omg yeee!!! i think i know who this is based on the only person to interact with my agere!yellowstone post, but yes. Cg! rip wheeler!!! he is so, older sibling coded who grew up trying to protect his family and when that didn't work out he ended up seeking that feeling to have a good family experience. (que rant abt the show)

BUT! I think if beth was a regressor, (which she totally is, but strong winds we're having today!!) he would so care for her. she's been his person since they met. he's intune to her emotional state and picks up on any tells she has. tries to get her to drink less, because he knows none isnt an option with beth.

in general? he's very calm with a regressor no magtter their state. fussing? he's right there helping you calm down or even let it out. over stimulated? he's right there or giving you space to shake it out.

possible spoilers below :D

if rip were to, have an actual kid under his wing like carter, he'd he so content if beth took to the kid. possibly be the mom/aunt figure she wanted to be (i think she wanted to, but never got that chance)

he would def hang his big old jacket over you when its cold. is very careful with you around the horses, would sleep beside you in the stable if you got attached to a horse. teaches you everything he knows about being a ranch hand if you wanted to know.
