I haven't posted in a long time because for a while there things got better. Co-parenting was working well and DH was actually being seen as the father he is, a good one. It wasn't until I got pregnant, graduated with my second degree and started making more money that things turned for the worse yet again. This caused Chemical Queen to thus take us back to court for more child support. She attempted and failed in getting my new income included. The courts saw right through her and didn't change support since she makes $60,000 a year. This was last fall.

Our current situation is one of complete dismay. Little Miss is not so little any more and the little man has started showing signs of complete disregard for his father's feelings, which I don't feel is entirely his fault. Chemical Queen tells the children lies about us and complains about us to them as well. All of which gets told to us from little Miss. CQ doesn't even try to hide her distain for us anymore and anytime I say anything she gives me this look of disgust. She dismisses anything my husband says about their children as if he isn't their father. What truly breaks my heart is that CQ pushes her fiance (a completely different person from previous posts) on the children as if this Man Child is their father. He is a nice enough person but if I have been told time and time again I am NOT a parent to these children then neither is he.

I stumbled across a FB post of his that a mutual sport mom commented on saying "Happy father's day to one of the dads who stepped up. Enjoy YOUR day!" I was angry and hurt because my husband is in his children's lives, we pay a VERY large amount of money to CQ and to have another mom who's child plays sports with ours and knows my husband is around say that to man child makes me wonder what exactly is CQ telling all of these mother's who's children play sports with ours?!?!? I didn't even get a freaking phone call on mother's day and I ACTUALLY have their baby sibling!!! 😭💔

The Michigan Court system doesn’t care about Fathers or Children

My experience with the Michigan court system has not been a pleasant one. I have been dealing with the courts for 3 years now along side my husband. He has two beautiful children, who constantly bug us to see us more, to which we tell them they need to tell that to their mother, since she is the ONLY one the courts will listen to. In the back of my mind I think that over her cold dead body will my husband EVER get more physical custody of his flesh and blood. First and foremost the Family Judge in out county doesn’t actually care enough about children, in general, to even read and judge case by case, he just states that nothing is to be changed and moves on to the next case. Friend of the Court HATES men and each and every one of the women who work there are extremely BIASED towards women and moms. As a woman and future bio mom, I WOULD NEVER take my children from their father!!! Unless he hit me but my husband HAS NEVER DONE THAT TO ANYONE! BUT Michigan courts DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE A UTERUS!! Anyone with a penis is the enemy!!!

All of this has been my experience with my husband’s fight to get fair physical custody of his children. BTW he has joint legal custody so its just where the kids sleep more that is the issue... which that # is what dictates child support which my husband is at the 98th percentile in our county which means that at the moment he is supposed to pay 600 a month... for two kids, that is 300 a child. His ex-wife makes very good money YET the courts still want my husband to pay her an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money that WE CANNOT AFFORD! How can we afford to have the children at our house when all our money goes to bills and their mother?!?!?! Tell me the logic in that!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I am so sick if her stupid ass thinking that she is the most important fucking person in these children's lives! A child needs both their mom and dad... not just their mom and her fuck head of a fiance! I don't fucking get why she is SO FUCKING ADAMANT about my husband not being allowed to see his OWN CHILDREN! She is a horrible person and I hope that one day these beautiful little babies will understand that their mother is the reason they couldn't see their dad more and they fucking throw her to the curb like the piece of fucking trash that she is!

A serious question needing an answer!

Is it appropriate to take a 5 year old and an 8 year old to not only one adult concert (Shinedown) but two (Every Time I Die)?

The little miss told us that while at the Shinedown concert this past weekend she witnessed women stripping down to nothing and that CQ had them go sit with their Gma further away from the inappropriately dressed women. And from the mouth of my dear step children… CQ is taking them to ANOTHER concert in August…

In my opinion these bands are not appropriate for young children to go see when the adults get drunk and strip down to nothing! But then again my opinion doesn’t matter since I do have biological children (According to CQ)

I want other people’s opinions so PLEASE message me what you think!

So sorry to hear...

NOT! 😂 We have the kids today, and little miss told Doting father that she was awoken last night because she heard Chemical Queen and her Money Ticket arguing. The only thing she could make out or remembered was Money Ticket saying "You're pushing me away!" Which according to Doting Father, is something she does to anyone or everyone that she either wants to get rid of or doesn't have use for anymore... so I have a good feeling that she won't be with Money Ticket much longer. Funny thing about this is that the closer we have been getting to our wedding the more she has been saying how much she loves money ticket and how they havr talked about getting married themselves... 😂😂😂😂 yeah okay lady! I just feel bad for the kids because they just started to warm up to Money Ticket (he has been dating Chemical Queen for a year now and moved in with them I want to say November or December last year). This will be the 4th man CQ has brought around the kids for an extended period of time since DF and I have been together (2 years). I just tjink that messes with kids especially since they do get attached to people theybelieve is long term.

Bitch Fest...

This is not my first nor will it be my last... So Chemical Queen made the arrangement that Doting father “could” have the children today (4th of July, 2017) till Friday when she picks them up after work and then she would have them for his weekend because she “gave” him extra time. Well to let you in on a little secret, the TECHNICAL guideline schedule that she so DESPERATELY clings too says... “The Fourth of July holiday begins on July 3rd at 6pm and lasts until July 5th at 9am” which means that we should have had them last night till tomorrow morning, and seeing how Doting father gets them one overnight mid week he would have them all day on the 5th till the 6th. So that means ladies and gentlemen that unknowingly Chemical Queen stole 3 overnights from Doting father but claims she is “ALLOWING” him to have them more than he was supposed too... WHAT?!?!?!?! So his original schedule would have been Tuesday July 3rd at 6 pm till Thursday at 9 am and then Friday July 7th at 3:30pm till Sunday July 9th at anytime between 3:30 to 6pm because she likes to change the time when its convenient for her. With this original schedule Doting father would have had 2 extra over nights because of HIS HOLIDAY!!! but now he lost 3 OVERNIGHTS because he didn't feel like arguing with her about it. I AM SO SICK OF HER MAKING IT HARDER FOR THEIR CHILDREN TO SEE THEIR FATHER!!! SERIOUSLY WTF!!

Our First Date

Two years ago, I was a single lady going back to school and living with my parents... it was not ideal but it worked. I was doing the online dating thing and I had gone on a few dates with a few gentlemen but nothing seemed right, until I met Doting Father. He was charming, funny, handsome and talked about his children in a way that made my heart soar!! This was the man for me!! 

On our first date we went out to dinner and a movie, he paid for dinner and I paid for the movie, which he was completely surprised by since he had always paid for everything in his marriage to Chemical Queen and any other date he had been on since they had separated. Anyway, We had a lovely evening at dinner then we went to the movie theater. Of course we were an hour early for our movie so we just sat in the empty room and talked and joked around... but then he gets a phone call and it was non other than his TOXIC ex, Chemical Queen. SHE WAS LIVID! I could hear the WHOLE conversation. 

This conversation was my first impression of this woman and I got a birds eye view of the abusive toxic relationship he was in for 7 years!! The part I love the most about that conversation was not that fact she was bitching about him being on a date but that fact that Ms. Queen without ever knowing who I was or ever meeting me called me a CUNT... “You’re out with one of those CUNTS aren’t you?!” I almost spit out my soda! I couldn’t help but laugh my ass off!! 

At that moment, I knew that if I truly wanted to be with this wonderful man I had to deal with this form of CRAZY until his youngest turns 18 (2030). The good out weighed the bad and so here I am 2 years later in a happy marriage with two beautiful stepchildren and plans of having two of my own in a few years.

In the current situation

Last year my wonderful Fiance FINALLY got divorced from his wicked witch of an ex wife the Chemical Queen. The down side to that though is that he had to willing sign away his parental rights just to get divorced. She refused to sign any divorce paperwork that gave him joint custody of the children. Her reasons were simple, she needed his child support payments to be substantial in order for her to live comfortably while not working and going to school. So in order to just get the damn divorce over with he made the heart retching decision to give away his physical custody. However in the divorce he was granted joint LEGAL custody of the little ones, for those who don’t know that means he HAS to be involved in the major decision making for the children; medical, educational, her current address and so on.

All was going semi well until she started throwing around threats of taking the children from him if he didn't do what SHE wanted him to do (that rant is for a different post). Which leads to the present situation of yesterday!

Yesterday marked the first of many court hearings my almost husband has to go through to regain his joint physical custody of his two beautiful children, *Frankie (girl,age 8) and *Chase (boy, age 5). Of course the focus of the motion was to grant week on week off parenting time, we thought that we had it in the bag before we even showed up to the court house. Little did we know that the judge we had doesn’t EVER read anything presented to him so we got blindsided by the denial of joint parenting time, stating that it is a modification of custody with in less than a year of divorce, ridiculous I know right!?!?!? Anyway, even with this set back, the wonderfully loving father I am planning to marry got the win in a small way. He was granted two whole weeks extra in the summer to have his kids!! Totally 28 uninterrupted overnights!!

Doting Father: 1 vs. Chemical Queen:0 

However, we must go through this stressful process again to revisit gaining the next step up the ladder, week on/week off in the summer time. Which his Lawyer; Shark McGhee, said would lead us to a third hearing next year to hopefully show the judge that the kids LOVE being with their father on a week on/week off basis to then gain the ultimate goal… joint physical custody! 

But it is just a matter of time before Chemical Queen fucks up and does or says something stupid on a recorded line (which we are told is in fact okay to use in court, even if they didn’t know they were being recorded, as long as Doting father and Chemical queen are both on the recoding its AOKAY!) Plus in a year or so Frankie will be able to tell the courts what she wants and from what she tells Doting Father and myself she wants equal time with both Chemical queen and us! Such a shame that we still live in a world where the mother is the primary parent automatically and the father still gets the boot!
