And they might, or they may break up with that other partner, or they make work it out so they don't break up with anyone. No one can force anyone to stay in a relationship. Communicate how you feel and be honest, but not cruel.

I'm an ace who masturbates on occasion but lately I've been feeling the need to do so all the time and I fucking hate it. If this is how "regular" people feel all the time idk how they function. I'm afab and 27 and it feels like my body has just discovered it has a uterus and a biological clock even though I'm a happy virgin who NEVER wants kids.

It could be a hormonal shift that caused it, too. there may be some therapy that could help reduce the urge if it causes distress. It is annoying when bodies do things that the brain disagrees with.

As someone who views most social things as a transactional interaction I can't see myself as being anything but aroace. Life boils down to a give and take type of structure, but I am glad I prefer to be kind and fair.

Sex is the same thing for me, but my last partner really put me off it by constantly saying "you're so robotic" and "I can't read you" so things fizzled out.

As someone who is sex indifferent I won't be actively seeking anything else. I wasn't really going anywhere with this, I think I just needed to speak to a void. Thank you for providing such a space.
