INTRO

welcome to this blog! im the only mod(@yumyumislands) and pronouns are any/she!

this is the same as any other confession blog but with warioware! you can send headcanons and other goodies if you like and even show off aus and/or fanfiction, as long as it is related to warioware.

rules:

1. no nsfw or suggestive confessions. in addition, no discriminatory language or slurs should be used. swearing is fine but dont overdo it.

2. no darkshipping or problematic shipping confessions. other shipping confessions are more than welcome (including selfshipping/oc x canon etc)

3. i have the right to not do certain confessions because they make me uncomfortable or not warioware related at all.

4. dont bash on others opinions. its not hard to be respectful towards one another. you are welcome to challenge others thinking, as thats what this whole thing is for, but dont be a jerk about it.

if you attempt to break any of the rules listed above, i simply wont post your confession.

Okay, so you know that web video where Ashley's parents turn out to be religious nutcases.

I have this scenario where they show up at Warioware Inc between G&W and Gold and attempt to harm her, leading to Wario kicking their asses and throwing them out.

This leads to Ashley opening up when everyone starts asking her who the hell those people were.

Apart from the Warioware crew, diamond city doesn’t exactly like Ashley that much….

They all collectively agree that she’s some selfish evil witch that will one day take over the city and kill everyone, like be fr that’s a 13 year traumatized kid. This has led to many unfortunate encounters with people in the city, luckily Red and Ashley are always seen together so Red just stabs the people with his trident

The other members have also hurt some people for harrasing Ashley, it’s mostly them screaming back at the person or just straight up attacking them

Dribble and Spitz act as Kat and Ana’s father figures due to their parents being absent, they are 100% girl dads

Dribble and Spitz are also married and consider the island trip from Move it their honeymoon. Dribbles also a gay bear while Spitz is a gay trans man

I imagine that Ashley does get frequent nightmares every now and then due to her past, luckily Red does comfort her after them

however one night she was having a sort of sleepover at the volts and was sleeping in the guest room and guess what!!! Another nightmare. However instead of her waking up to Red trying to comfort her, she awoke to 5-volt comforting her.

Let’s just say that was one moment Ashley could say she felt truly safe with someone other then red

I've seen a couple people in here talk about the characters' designs so I might as well throw my hat in the ring.

I do agree the Gold artstyle is overall inferior and doesn't do much favors to the quirks and details these characters had pre-G&W, resulting in a good couple downgrades in their designs, but I will say that Penny is one of the couple major exceptions in this regard. My girl got a pretty big glow-up and I won't even pretend otherwise.

This ain't even to trash on Penny's classic design since it's still cute in its own right and I like the pink cone jacket, but the modern design just gives her so much more character. Not only the hairpin being bigger, but the messier hair far better conveys her impulsive and scatterbrained character traits on top of giving her a stronger silhouette, without really compromising the attributes her old design communicated nor tampering with details a lot like many Gold+ designs tend to do. I'm not really missing the old design too much as a result, even though I'd at least love the cone jacket to come back in some way as an alternate outfit or something.

As for the eye color... no comment. I'm good with either.

a bit of angst because I'm evil

after learning more about Ashley and finding out about her spells, 18volt dropped by to ask her if she could make him 'look normal'.

ashley was genuinely disturbed because not only did 18volt ask for this looking . Strangely happy, but also because this kid was perfectly willing to get painfully rearranged just to fit society's standards ... It's also a triple whammy since it reminded her of how people treated her like shit because she wasn't 'normal'

A personal hc of mine is that not only does 5 volt treat all the children in the group as her own children, but ALSO the adults too

mantis and crygor being wayy older than her? she dgaf she'll give them that same familial love

as a child i was so terrified and scared of the gamer stage in smash because of 5 volt 😭😭😭

my terror was even worse when i watched my brother play gamer from g&w, the silence of the game, the only sound being from 9 volt's game, and then the occasional eerie music playing when she was about to check on him I HATED IT 😭😭 at least in smash i was more focused on the fighting than her so it was less terrifying but g&w gamer was HORRIFYING

i think i genuinely had nightmares about her as a child because of that 😭😭😭

I’m still a little confused on Ashley’s age

It says she’s like 15 yet she doesn’t look 15??? I’d say she fits being around 13 or something

Plus with her Japanese voice, it seems like she’s supposed to be so much younger

i really love all the versions of 9-volt EXCEPT for his game and wario design....idk why i dont like that one in particular....it just looks so off compared to the other ones to me...
