The Prophet PBUH would seek refuge in Allah SWT from 4 disastrous things in this supplication namely:

Knowledge that has no use and can lead to punishment.

A heart that is not submissive to Allah.

A soul that is not content which causes greed, jealousy, and ungratefulness.

Supplication that is not accepted especially due to the 3 things above.
